TRAINING SESSIONS & CAMPS
Q: What are the age limits for camps and trainings?
A: All players the age of 5 and above are welcome to train with us. We have experience in coaching everyone from preschool to collegiate and professional players, so we know exactly what it takes to challenge and encourage every player.
Q: Where and when are trainings held?
A. Bay Valley Suns S.C. will be training in the Tri-Valley Area (Dublin, Pleasanton, Livermore, San Ramon). Once the player is registered for a training session, one of our team members will be in contact about the exact time and location.

Q: Where do I purchase training sessions?
A. Go to our "Book Online" page for all session and try out purchases. Access to this page will be granted after you sign up as a website member and a coach reviews your profile.
Q: How much does it cost to register for Bay Valley Suns S.C. Group Training and where can I access the schedule?
A: The club fee is $50.00 USD per player for each group session. If the player is evaluated as "elite," there will no longer be any charges for the remainder of the year. The schedule can be found on the "Book Online" page and it is only visible once the player is registered as a site member. It is completely free to be a site member, please click sign up and fill out the form.

Q: How much does it cost for individual training sessions?
A: $75 USD per session.

Q: What takes place at a training session or camp?
A: We have lots of fun and challenging drills to keep players fully engaged through the practice. We are constantly refreshing and adding new, exciting ways to train. Most of the drills are focused around the individual player qualities, followed by game like interactions meant to encourage creativity and fearlessness on the field. Q: How long are the trainings and camps?
A: Group sessions are between 60-90 minutes, Individual sessions are 60 minutes, and camps are 2 seperate, 60-90 minute sessions.

Q: How can I pay for registration?
A: Payment is taken online only during the time of registration. We only accept card.

Q: Is the club registration fee refundable?
A: The club fee is non-refundable. However, it is transferable to another training or tryout date if unknown circumstances arise. For more assistance or questions please contact us.
Q: I'm a college player, can I train with Bay Valley Suns S.C.?
A. YES! We have college level groups, and individual sessions ready to challenge you to reach your full potential!
Q: As a new club, what qualifies Bay Valley Suns S.C. as a reputable sporting establishment?
A. Our coaching staff and front office are comprised of past professionals and coaches with experience in Portugal, Italy, Spain, UK, Egypt, and USA. We are a group of Tri-Valley natives who know what its like to go through the youth sports club system here in the East Bay and make it to the professional level. Our USSF licensed coaches have witnessed first hand what the best academies and clubs in the world do, and want to bring a piece of that home. We cannot completely change the way things are done here, but our unique perspective has allowed us to improve the system by making professional level training accessible for any committed player. We have over 50 years of professional experience and expertise within our staff and we are ready to share it with our community!
TRYOUTS
Q: What are the age limits for try-outs?
A. Currently, Bay Valley Suns S.C. is a men's soccer team for ages 16 and up. If you are under the age of 18, a parent or guardian must sign the required liability form in order for the player to participate.
Q: When and where are try-outs?
A. Try-outs for the Men's professional soccer team are currently closed. If you missed try-outs and are still interested in playing with the team, please email bayvalleysuns@gmail.com with your player resume.
PROFESSIONAL MEN'S TEAM
Q: What league will the Bay Valley Suns Men's Team be competing in?
A. Bay Valley Suns will be competing in the Fall 2024 Season with the UPSL.
Q: What makes your team considered "professional"?
A. Bay Valley Suns plans to pay players on our team. Although we have joined a semi-pro league, we hold ourselves to a professional standard and hope to build grassroots in this league and continue to grow.

Q: Where is your home field?
A. Bay Valley Suns is excited to announce Las Positas College in Livermore, CA as our Fall 2024 home field!
Q: Where can I purchase home game tickets?
A. All of our event tickets are sold through eventbrite.com. You can get the direct game link on our Fall 2024 schedule page here. You can also purchase tickets at the door for $10. We currently only accept cash and Venmo at the door. Kids 12 and under are free of charge!
Q: Will there be food at the games?
A. Yes! Every home game we will have local businesses serving up tasty game time food! We will soon be selling wine and beer at our games as well!

Q: What is your return policy?
A. There are currently no available refunds or exchanges for our merchandise.
